1. General information
Information on this website is provided for guidance. The route, scope of work, pickup time, number of loaders, price and payment method are agreed with the customer before the job begins.
2. Quote and confirmation
A preliminary quote is based on the addresses, timing, cargo description, weight or dimensions, expected loading and unloading time and any additional services. A booking is confirmed after both parties agree on the details.
3. Cargo information
The customer should provide accurate information about the cargo, access conditions, floor, lift availability, vehicle access and anything else that may affect the job. Dangerous, prohibited or permit-controlled cargo is accepted only by separate agreement and with the required documents.
4. Changes or cancellation
If the route, timing, amount of work or service package changes, the parties agree on updated terms and pricing. Please notify us of cancellations or rescheduling as early as possible by phone or messenger.
5. Payment
The website does not process online payments. The payment method, due time and final amount are agreed directly when the booking is confirmed. If advance payment has been agreed separately, any refund is handled according to the agreed terms and work already completed.
6. Responsibility
Grizli Bus handles cargo with care and performs the agreed scope of work. The parties’ responsibility depends on the booking, confirmed arrangements and applicable Ukrainian law.
